A quick call lets our team get ready before you pull in. Then head straight to our West Colonial location.

Triage right away
A team member checks your pet’s vital signs as soon as you arrive. The most critical patients are always seen first.

Exam & on-site diagnostics
Our veterinarian performs a full exam and, if needed, uses digital radiography, ultrasound or our 64-slice CT scanner.

A clear plan & estimate
We explain what we found, your treatment options and the cost before we begin, and answer every question.

Treatment & follow-up
If surgery or specialist care is needed, our in-house team takes over. We also send updates to your family veterinarian.
