Advanced Veterinary Care

What To Expect When Visiting

Thank you for making Advanced Veterinary Care your partner in providing excellence in specialty veterinary care. We value our relationship and appreciate the confidence you have placed in us.

We offer appointments with specialty departments including telemedicine appointments for our Internal Medicine service. Our Urgent Care service is open 7-days a week, until 10:00pm each day. Since the pandemic there is an increase in pet ownership which has led to higher demands for veterinary services which may sometimes led to longer wait times. Our staff is doing their best to accommodate all our patients and clients, we appreciate your patience.

General Information

  • Our lobby is open to visitors. We also offer curbside service if you prefer to remain in your car. Park in a designated parking spot and call us once you arrive.
  • Once inside please proceed to our front desk to speak with one of our Client service representative or a self-check-in Kiosk.
  • For the safety of your pet, please keep your pet on a leash or a proper carrier at all times.
  • Any form of abuse directed at our staff, clients or pets is not tolerated. We have a zero-tolerance policy.

Urgent Care Service Visits

  • Our Urgent Care service is open 7-days a week to provide you with exceptional outpatient care for your pets. We are open form 12:00pm to 10:00pm on weekdays and 10:00am to 10:00pm on weekends.
  • We are here for you to provide care for NON-LIFE THREATENING conditions.
  • We encourage our clients to make a reservation on-line before your visit. We also welcome Walk-in’s.

Appointments with our Specialty Department

  • Please visit our website to make an appointment with our specialty department or by calling us directly at 407 465 7000.
  • You will receive a welcome letter from our specialty service. We ask that you fill out the client registration and history questionnaire before your visit to help us be better prepared for your visit.
  • We will send you an appointment reminder and instructions for check-in. Please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment to complete the check-in process.
  • Once checked-in, a technician will meet you to discuss you visit and bring you pet for the initial exam.
  • After the initial physical exam, the doctor will discuss your pet’s condition, additional testing and treatment options with you in detail.
  • A technician will discuss an estimate cost for the next steps.
  • After your appointment, one of our team member will assist you with the check-out process.

Medication Refill

  • Please allow 24-48 hours for medication refills.
  • Once you receive notification that your medication is ready for pick up please call ahead to arrange a pick up time and make payment.
